Michelle Ser is the founder of LoveLife Health & Fitness. For several years, she has been humbly influenced and inspired by a handful of awe inspiring Holistic Health teachers with incredible awareness of their own bodies, lifestyles that support long term health and countless amazing stories of people who’s lives they’ve helped transform. It is her passion to continue lighting the candle for other life and spreading the wisdom and freedom experienced from having a healthy body, mind and heart.
Having worked in an corporate environment for several years, of which periods of time also included simultaneously completing a degree in Bachelor of Business and Commerce and starting her own Personal Training and Sports Massage career, she understands the challenges of maintaining a healthy balanced lifestyle whilst dealing with all of life’s responsibilities, commitments, ambitions and stresses.
